We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join the development and evolution of a web platform, working hands-on across both frontend and backend.

The immediate focus of this role is full stack web development, primarily using TypeScript, React, Express, PostgreSQL, and AWS within a Docker-containerized three-tier architecture.

We are looking for an experienced engineer who has built end-to-end web applications and can work autonomously, solve technical problems across different layers of the application, and contribute to implementation and architecture decisions when needed.

In the future, the product is expected to incorporate capabilities related to Web3/Blockchain and, later, Artificial Intelligence integrations. Experience or interest in these areas is valued but not required for this position.

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack features using TypeScript.
• Build frontend interfaces and reusable components with React.
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js and Express.
• Work with PostgreSQL for data persistence, queries, and data management.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a three-tier application architecture.
• Work with containerized applications using Docker.
• Develop and operate solutions within an AWS environment.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues across frontend, backend, database, and application integrations.
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to software architecture decisions when required.
• Collaborate with the team responsible for CI/CD and infrastructure, contributing to troubleshooting and improvements when needed.
• Conduct code reviews and promote development best practices, code quality, and maintainability.
• Collaborate effectively with a distributed team across Mexico and the United States.

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with hands-on involvement in both frontend and backend development.
• Strong practical experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Solid experience building modern web applications with React.
• Experience developing backend services and APIs with Node.js, ideally using Express.
• Experience working with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with applications or services deployed on AWS.
• Practical experience with Docker and containerized applications.
• Ability to work autonomously and troubleshoot problems across different layers of an application.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership of technical challenges.
• Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written, required to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members in the United States.

• Experience with Drizzle ORM or other ORMs within the TypeScript ecosystem.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS and/or Radix UI.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD, deployments, and pipeline troubleshooting.
• Experience contributing to software architecture and technical design decisions.
• Experience with Redis.
• Knowledge or previous experience with Web3, Blockchain, or Solana.
• Exposure to AI-powered integrations or solutions.

Beyond the technology stack, we are looking for a hands-on, cross-functional engineer who understands how the different layers of an application interact and can take ownership of features from implementation through successful integration.

You do not need to be a DevOps, architecture, Blockchain, or AI specialist. The primary value of this role lies in having a strong Full Stack engineering foundation, while these additional areas represent opportunities to contribute as the product and technical ecosystem evolve.
