Advise executives on data and AI roadmaps, prioritize high-value use cases, and guide solutions from strategy through production. Mentor consultants, develop client accounts, shape proposals, and support presales. The role requires familiarity with modern data platforms, cloud technologies, and deploying GenAI or agentic AI beyond proof of concept, with occasional travel to Switzerland and client sites.

Advise clients on designing, building, evaluating, and deploying production-grade AI solutions, including RAG systems, AI agents, and LLM applications. Translate business needs into robust architectures, integrate solutions with data platforms and processes, establish monitoring and guardrails, and communicate recommendations to technical and senior business stakeholders. The role requires strong Python, SQL, software engineering, cloud AI platform, orchestration, vector database, MLOps, LLMOps, and responsible AI expertise.

Advise clients on scalable cloud data platforms and AI solutions, translate business requirements into data architectures and models, and develop modern ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks or Microsoft Fabric, dbt, Azure, SQL, and Python. Analyze requirements, contribute to data and AI initiatives, and communicate recommendations and results to technical and senior business stakeholders.
