As a Lead Data Analytics Consultant, you'll lead client projects, manage a team, and ensure high-quality data analytics implementations.

The Data Analytics Consultant will advise clients on data analytics projects, including requirement analysis, data modeling, implementation of machine learning models, and reporting.

Advise clients on the conception, planning, and implementation of data and AI solutions. Analyze requirements, design tailored data platforms, and contribute across cloud engineering, infrastructure, data engineering, data science, and generative AI. Present results to stakeholders and management while collaborating with project teams in Athens, Zurich, and internationally.

Owns the vision, roadmap, and backlog for client-facing data and AI products. Leads discovery, prioritization, scope and sequencing decisions, success measurement, and adoption tracking. Works closely with engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to deliver products within constraints, unblock delivery teams, and communicate progress and trade-offs. Requires strong understanding of modern data platforms, SQL, data pipelines, data quality, machine learning lifecycles, agile delivery, and consulting environments. Occasional travel to Switzerland and internationally is required.

Design and build end-to-end AI-powered applications: frontend interfaces, backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and AI/ML components. Develop and deploy generative AI features (LLM integrations, RAG, AI agents), present prototypes to stakeholders, and occasionally travel internationally to collaborate with clients and HQ.

Design, develop, and deliver scalable cloud and data applications on Azure. Build data pipelines and lakehouse architectures with Databricks (PySpark, Unity Catalog). Implement IaC using Terraform/Terragrunt, container orchestration with Kubernetes/Docker, and CI/CD in Azure DevOps. Work with relational and NoSQL databases and collaborate with client teams; occasional travel to Zurich.

As a Senior Data & AI Engineer, you'll advise clients on data and AI solutions, analyze requirements, design tailored data solutions, and collaborate with project teams to deliver results.

As a Data & AI Engineer, you will design data solutions, contribute to cloud engineering and data science projects, and present insights to stakeholders.
