Build and evaluate software using agentic coding tools, research their effectiveness, compare tools and workflows, collaborate with senior consultants, and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences. The role requires data, database, programming, testing, version-control, software design, performance analysis, and large language model knowledge.

Conduct research and independently develop Python-based information extraction pipelines for messy business documents. Build annotated datasets, evaluate NLP and LLM extraction quality, handle multilingual layouts and OCR challenges, enforce structured outputs, document findings, and present results to technical and non-technical audiences.

Research and develop retrieval-augmented generation systems using Python. Review current methods, implement modular and tested RAG components, benchmark configurations across local and cloud environments, interpret performance and cost trade-offs, and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences. The role involves working with large datasets, databases, language models, embeddings, vector search, retrieval strategies, cloud platforms, experimentation tools, and containerized workloads.
