The RoleAs HR Manager / People Operations Lead, you take ownership of HR operations at D ONE. You are hands-on in Switzerland and coordinate HR matters in Germany and Greece together with local teams and external partners.
You keep personnel administration running reliably, support colleagues through the employee lifecycle, and are a trusted contact for employees and management. Beyond the daily work, you help improve how we attract, develop, and support our people.
What you own- Payroll and year-end: monthly payroll and QST filings, year-end work (Lohnausweise, AHV and insurance reconciliation), illness and accident notifications, time recording control
- Contracts and master data: contracts, addenda, and certificates; personnel master data; competence profiles; work permits
- Recruiting and integration: Own and coordinate the end-to-end recruiting process, partnering with hiring managers who lead candidate assessment and selection; ensure a welcoming onboarding and structured offboarding.
- Development and support: absence and case management, performance management logistics, training and certification tracking, first contact for retention and conflicts
- Processes and advice: advising management on employment law, retention, and personnel metrics; keeping personnel processes lean
RequirementsWhat we are looking for
- Eidg. Fachausweis in Personalwesen or equivalent, with several years as a generalist
- Solid command of Swiss payroll, social insurance, and employment law
- Experience running recruiting end to end, ideally in consulting
- Empathy: you listen without judging, and colleagues come to you with what matters
- Clear, appreciative communication, including in difficult conversations
- Hands-on, structured, and reliable: you see what needs doing and get it done
- Discretion, pragmatism, and a drive to improve how things work
- Fluent German and English

Skills Required
- Eidg. Fachausweis in Personalwesen or equivalent
- Several years of experience as an HR generalist
- Solid command of Swiss payroll, social insurance, and employment law
- Experience running recruiting end to end
- Consulting recruitment experience
- Empathy and ability to listen without judgment
- Clear, appreciative communication, including during difficult conversations
- Hands-on, structured, and reliable work style
- Discretion, pragmatism, and process-improvement mindset
- Fluent German and English
