Provide customer service and administrative support for clients and lenders: answer calls/emails, process insurance claims, prepare payoffs and welcome letters, track insurance, scan/index lease correspondence, audit funding documents, handle returned mail and special projects.

Handle heavy inbound and outbound phone and online inquiries to retain and convert clients. Schedule and follow up on appointments, record customer data in company software, maintain product knowledge, uphold confidentiality, and meet performance metrics through effective time management and professional communication.

Sell new and used vehicles by building long-term client relationships, using consultative selling, demonstrating vehicle features, staying product-knowledgeable, following up with buyers, overcoming objections, and collaborating with the Sales Manager to meet targets.
