Provide customer service and administrative support for clients and lenders: answer calls/emails, process insurance claims, prepare payoffs and welcome letters, track insurance, scan/index lease correspondence, audit funding documents, handle returned mail and special projects.

Manage payroll (bi-weekly and semi-monthly), process deposits and invoices, perform monthly reconciliations, calculate commissions and bonuses, administer benefits and open enrollment, support onboarding and background checks, and assist the Dealership Controller with month-end close and accounting schedules.

Lead and coach the dealership sales team, drive high-activity prospecting (50-60 calls/day), engage customers directly to close deals, enforce accountability, improve salesperson performance, and execute proactive follow-up and sales processes within a fast-growing Nissan dealership.
