The Senior Engineer will oversee interconnection engineering, substation design, and utility compliance for solar and storage projects, providing technical support, managing consultants, and leading project execution in a cross-functional role.

Lead financial modeling and valuation, oversee due diligence, prepare investment presentations, maintain deal pipeline databases, and coordinate cross-functional teams and external consultants.

Lead and execute solar and storage project development across SPP and PJM markets. Manage a development team, originate and close transactions (land, interconnection, PPAs), coordinate with Origination, Policy, Engineering, EPC/EPCM and Finance, drive permitting and community engagement, analyze market and regulatory drivers, and support late-stage commercialization through construction and financing.

Manage post-Interconnection Agreement execution for utility-scale solar and storage projects: ensure GIA compliance, negotiate amendments, coordinate utilities/ISOs and consultants, track milestones/payments, oversee restudies and commissioning, and report risks to leadership while aligning development, engineering, legal, and finance.

Serve as the Director's deputy to lead process design, documentation, SharePoint governance, small-to-medium projects, FP&A reporting support, vendor/contract management, and liaise between business users and technical teams to drive system improvements and change management.

The Project Manager will oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while meeting all legal and safety requirements.

Manage full-cycle accounting for project-level entities including NetSuite depreciation, ASC 842 lease entries, project cost recording, intercompany reconciliations, and audit support. Produce monthly and quarterly reports, prepare schedules and complex journal entries, maintain procedures, and identify automation opportunities while collaborating with project and finance teams.

Lead onsite operations during construction and manage field technicians for utility-scale solar PV and storage sites. Ensure safety, compliance, uptime, spare parts and vendor coordination, O&M best practices, troubleshooting, and documentation across regional sites.

Support MV and substation engineering for utility-scale PV and BESS assets: investigate and resolve MV failures, perform RCA, manage protection settings and relay coordination, run power system studies, support substation operations and SOPs, define maintenance and safety standards, and deliver technical training to field and operations staff.

The Corporate Counsel will manage project finance and M&A transactions, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners. They will also draft legal documents and oversee legal processes related to transactions in renewable energy.

Lead preparation of quarterly and annual GAAP financial statements and footnotes across multi-tier consolidations. Serve as Workiva power user/admin to build templates and reporting workflows. Research complex technical accounting issues, support auditors, assist period-end accounting, improve controls, and train staff. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely financial disclosures and compliance with U.S. GAAP.

Support accounts payable, vendor bill processing, AP reconciliations, landing costs for inventory, coding FedEx/Enterprise bills to sales orders, track prepayments and returns, and work cross-functionally to resolve billing and PO issues.
