Supports renewable energy M&A transactions through financial modeling, valuation, due diligence coordination, investment presentations, market research, and transaction execution. The role works cross-functionally with development, structured finance, legal, executives, investment committees, and external consultants to acquire utility-scale solar and storage projects. Responsibilities also include enhancing analytical tools, maintaining deal pipeline databases, and supporting acquisition negotiations and closings.

Manages renewable energy fund finances, including cash waterfalls, forecasts, liquidity, debt service, investor distributions, financial covenants, and cash budgets. Supports tax equity buyout valuations, transactional due diligence, financing model transitions, and partnership yield analyses. Collaborates with accountants, FP&A, asset managers, investors, and stakeholders while improving fund management processes through automation and data analytics.

Build and maintain Python backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and internal applications while owning production deployment and support. Apply machine learning, statistical modeling, and scientific Python to forecasting and business analytics. Design data models, optimize queries, integrate enterprise systems, and deploy ML models. Collaborate with business stakeholders, document technical work, resolve production issues, and improve engineering processes and infrastructure.
