Lead systems engineering and safety activities for electric aviation propulsion systems across architecture, requirements, integration, verification, validation, and certification. Conduct FHA, FMEA, PSSA, and SSA; derive safety requirements and development assurance levels; manage interfaces, risks, and compliance evidence. Establish engineering processes and tools while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and mentoring future engineers.

Design and optimize CycloRotor propulsion aerodynamics from concept through testing and validation. Develop CFD simulation methodologies, validation plans, and aerodynamic performance targets. Collaborate with mechanical, structural, and testing engineers on loads, aeroelasticity, structural-aerodynamic interfaces, and system integration. Support wind tunnel and experimental validation, process development, and technical knowledge sharing within the Flight Physics Department.

Support business development and marketing through market research, market sizing (TAM/SAM/SOM), business case analysis, sales process support, target persona development, and creation of marketing content for web and social channels.
