  • Derive and manage safety requirements and support their allocation to system, hardware, and software levels.
  • Support the definition and justification of Development Assurance Levels (DAL/FDAL) and associated development assurance activities.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate system-level technical and safety risks throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Ensure effective integration of subsystems and components into the overall propulsion system and verify compliance with defined requirements.
  • Define and support system verification and validation strategies, including integration and qualification testing.
  • Work closely with certification and airworthiness functions to provide the required system and safety engineering evidence for certification.
  • Manage product requirements, interfaces, assumptions, and changes throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Establish and continuously improve Systems Engineering and Safety processes, methods, and tools within the organization.

Support the future growth of the System & Safety Engineering function and, as the organization expands, take increasing responsibility for technical leadership, mentoring, and team development.
