Manage end-to-end speaker logistics for national cybersecurity events, including onboarding, travel coordination, schedule and rehearsal management, on-site support, and post-event follow-up. Partner with programming, marketing, production, and operations to ensure speaker deliverables, maintain records, monitor related budgets, and continuously improve speaker processes. Travel up to 25% annually.

Manage end-to-end planning and execution of regional live and digital events: project plans, budgets, vendor and venue contracting, on-site operations, cross-functional coordination, KPI measurement, and process improvements. Ensure seamless attendee experiences, track finances and ROI, and travel occasionally (up to 25% annually).
