Provides mobile pet nail trims and basic grooming services, including ear cleaning, tooth brushing, and gland expressions. Safely handles animals, monitors behavior, communicates with pet owners, maintains a clean workspace, manages appointments, and works independently at client locations. Requires a valid driver’s license, safe driving record, animal-handling awareness, and the ability to lift and restrain pets up to approximately 60 pounds.

Provides customer service and product guidance in a pet-focused retail store. Supports sales, cashiering, transaction processing, merchandise restocking, inventory monitoring, store cleanliness, opening and closing procedures, and general daily operations. The role is part-time, customer-facing, requires weekend availability, and involves frequent movement and handling of merchandise. No prior experience is required.

Support sales growth by managing HubSpot CRM and pipeline, qualifying leads, coordinating webinars, conducting prospect research, preparing executive sales materials, executing nurture campaigns, and assisting outbound business development. Provide executive sales support, monitor engagement metrics, and use AI tools to support marketing and sales initiatives while ensuring timely follow-up and an exceptional prospect experience.

Contract Talent Recruiter supports full-cycle recruiting (intake to offer), partners with hiring managers, sources and screens candidates, manages candidate communication and ATS records, and adapts across clients and industries for project-based engagements.

Source, screen, and interview candidates; manage pipelines and candidate data in an ATS (Zoho Recruit); coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients; maintain professional communication and accurate status updates across multiple roles.

Provide executive and operational support to the CEO including calendar and inbox management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, project tracking, digital filing, workflow documentation, and assisting with operational systems and reporting to keep daily business operations efficient and organized.
