This is more than a coordination role. You'll become an integral part of our sales operation by managing our CRM, supporting business development initiatives, coordinating webinars, nurturing prospective clients, and helping keep our sales pipeline moving forward.
You'll work closely with our CEO and Executive Operations Assistant to ensure prospects receive an exceptional experience throughout every stage of the sales process. Your work will directly support the growth of the organization while helping business owners connect with the HR solutions they need to succeed.

The Sales Coordinator / Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for supporting the company's sales efforts from initial prospect engagement through client conversion. This role manages the sales pipeline, CRM, lead nurturing, webinar coordination, business development support, and sales communications to ensure prospects receive a seamless experience throughout the sales process.
This position requires a professional with strong sales experience who understands consultative selling, lead qualification, pipeline management, and client relationship development. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, customer-focused, and capable of anticipating the needs of both prospects and the sales team.
This role works closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the Executive Operations Assistant to support the organization's continued growth and client experience.
CRM & Sales Pipeline Management
- Maintain the accuracy and organization of the HubSpot CRM.
- Manage contacts, companies, deals, notes, and follow-up activities.
- Ensure CRM records remain current, complete, and actionable.
- Monitor pipeline health and identify stalled opportunities requiring follow-up.
- Track sales activities and assist with reporting and forecasting.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective clients throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate discovery calls, follow-up meetings, and touch-base appointments.
- Send approved nurture campaigns and sales communications.
- Ensure prospects receive timely follow-up and exceptional customer service.
- Escalate overdue follow-ups or high-priority opportunities to leadership.
- Support the sales team in moving opportunities through each stage of the sales pipeline.
- Conduct prospect research before sales meetings.
- Prepare account summaries, meeting materials, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate sales priorities with executive leadership.
- Assist with strategic sales initiatives and special projects.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively support sales operations.
- Coordinate webinar logistics from planning through post-event follow-up.
- Prepare webinar rooms, attendee materials, access links, and resources.
- Support live webinars by monitoring chat, launching polls, sharing approved resources, and tracking attendee engagement.
- Capture attendee questions for future sales follow-up and marketing opportunities.
- Document attendee testimonials and positive feedback for future marketing initiatives.
- Execute post-webinar communications.
- Update HubSpot with webinar attendance and engagement metrics.
- Research prospective clients and target organizations.
- Manage the CEO's Meet Alfred outreach account.
- Respond to qualified outreach messages.
- Qualify prospective clients.
- Schedule introductory sales meetings.
- Support outbound business development initiatives.
- Draft pre- and post-webinar email campaigns.
- Coordinate monthly webinar campaigns.
- Collaborate with Operations and Billing regarding campaign updates.
- Assist with newsletters, AI-generated graphics, and sales-related social media initiatives.
- Support marketing efforts using AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Gamma.

- Minimum of three (3) years of inbound and outbound sales, sales coordination, or sales support experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of consultative sales and relationship management.
- Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Ability to build rapport with prospective clients while professionally representing the organization.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Comfortable utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gamma.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technology platforms.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- HubSpot CRM experience.
- Experience coordinating webinars or virtual events.
- Business development or lead generation experience.

- Previous experience in a professional services, consulting, or B2B sales environment.
