Responsibilities include content planning, copywriting, English-to-Thai translation, creative briefing, graphic and video coordination, webinar support, campaign communication, performance reporting, competitor research, and brand compliance. The role collaborates with marketing, sales, production, design, video, and external partners to deliver accurate, engaging content for the Thai market.

Own the payments connector and adapter layer, enabling configurable provider integrations and migration to server-to-server and embedded flows. Build reliable transaction status handling through polling, idempotency, reconciliation, and observability. Define orchestration platform requirements for state machines, routing, cascading, and failure handling. Support card-program integrations, third-party provider relationships, and extending payment capabilities to acquired entities.
