Manages and grows municipal government accounts through consultative selling, procurement navigation, renewals, expansions, and contract negotiations. Builds relationships with public-sector stakeholders, develops account plans, tracks forecasts in CRM, monitors budgets and funding, coordinates internal implementation and support teams, and ensures client satisfaction and retention. The role requires extensive road travel, public-sector sales expertise, ethical contracting practices, and the ability to manage complex government sales cycles.

Qualifies inbound and outbound leads through research, cold calls, emails, and social outreach. Educates prospects, identifies business needs, develops target account lists, schedules appointments for sales representatives, and maintains accurate CRM records. The representative collaborates with sales and marketing teams, supports regional growth, directs customer inquiries, and nurtures leads through the early sales cycle.
