Performs rental accounting entries, account reconciliations, journal entries, amortization, intercompany accounting, commission accruals, capitalization reviews, and monthly close support. The role analyzes account balances, resolves reconciling items, applies US GAAP, monitors rental asset activity, and supports special projects while maintaining accurate financial records.

Diagnoses, repairs, and replaces electrical and mechanical components on aerial, construction, utility, and heavy/light-duty truck equipment. Inspects machines, troubleshoots 12V wiring and multiplexing systems, performs post-repair testing, reads technical documentation, requisitions parts, maintains repair records, and submits work orders. The role requires safe work practices, accurate cost tracking, customer service, and punctual attendance in a fast-paced shop environment.

Drive new business development across Ontario and Manitoba by prospecting, cold calling, building customer relationships, conducting equipment demonstrations, presenting solutions and quotations, managing opportunities in Salesforce, and growing existing accounts. The role sells specialty trucks, heavy equipment, rentals, tools, and service offerings, requiring extensive territory travel and independent work from a home office.
