Support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle including recruitment coordination, onboarding, documentation (offer letters, I-9s), HRIS data management, and office logistics. Drive coworker engagement and culture through recognition, events, and initiatives while partnering with HR leadership on process improvements and cross-functional projects.

Performs hospital disbursement accounting: prepares check vouchers, journals disbursements and patient final bills, reconciles liquidations, processes BIR tax payments via EFPS, maintains books of accounts, files vouchers, and supports monthly payrolls and physician/part-time professional payments.

Provide safe perioperative anesthetic care for pediatric surgical patients including preoperative assessment, airway management, administration and monitoring of general and regional anesthesia, intra- and postoperative monitoring, pain management, equipment checks, documentation, participation in quality improvement, CPD, teamwork, and adherence to institutional policies and infection control.

The Anesthetic Assistant will support anesthesia services by managing equipment, supplies, and assisting during procedures, while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Manage full recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, build candidate pipelines, ensure compliance with labor laws, lead onboarding and employer branding, support performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, and HR policy implementation for the hospital.

Provide perioperative nursing care in the operating room: maintain sterile technique, prepare and sterilize instruments, assist surgical and anesthesia teams, perform counts, document care, and ensure patient safety during induction and emergence.
