Lead nursing strategy across a global pediatric hospital network to standardize care, improve patient safety and quality, implement EMR systems, build workforce capacity, optimize patient flow, and mentor nursing leaders while collaborating with clinical and operational teams.

Dispense and manage medications for inpatients and outpatients, ensure accurate records and cold chain, provide drug information and patient counseling, maintain pharmacy stock and cleanliness, prepare reports, and uphold quality and safety standards.

Provide safe perioperative anesthetic care for pediatric surgical patients including preoperative assessment, airway management, administration and monitoring of general and regional anesthesia, intra- and postoperative monitoring, pain management, equipment checks, documentation, participation in quality improvement, CPD, teamwork, and adherence to institutional policies and infection control.
