Serve as primary contact for strategic B2B accounts, resolving inquiries (billing, service, installations), managing onboarding/offboarding and contracts, maintaining accurate Salesforce records, monitoring account health, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through proactive relationship management and continuous improvement.

The Business Development Manager will identify and secure new business opportunities, maintain a sales pipeline, negotiate deals, and foster relationships with key stakeholders.

Manage and optimise multiple websites (primary site culligan.co.uk plus supporting sites): build landing pages, maintain CMS content and product listings, support CRO/A-B testing and on-page SEO, monitor performance and GA4 tracking, QA releases, validate tracking (GA4/GTM), document changes, and report on site performance.

Operate and monitor automated bottling production lines, perform quality inspections, record production data, rectify minor faults, operate forklift, load/unload materials, package and label products, maintain health and safety and meet production targets.

Manage the UK product portfolio end-to-end: business case development, launch and commercialisation, positioning, pricing, go-to-market, performance monitoring, market research, sales enablement, and cross-functional collaboration to drive commercial growth and customer value.

Lead the Continuous Improvement agenda across finance operations, focusing on process efficiency, automation, and implementing transformation initiatives in AR and AP.
