Lead new business development across premium UK hospitality (focus London). Build and convert a high‑quality pipeline, engage senior decision‑makers, deliver consultative sales focused on commercial and ESG impact, represent the brand at events, and work cross‑functionally on market strategy, forecasting, and customer success.

The Business Development Manager will identify and secure new business opportunities, maintain a sales pipeline, negotiate deals, and foster relationships with key stakeholders.

Partner with sales leadership to drive forecast accuracy, pipeline management, and revenue performance. Manage and optimise multiple websites (primary site culligan.co.uk plus supporting sites): build landing pages, maintain CMS content and product listings, support CRO/A-B testing and on-page SEO, monitor performance and GA4 tracking, QA releases, validate tracking (GA4/GTM), document changes, and report on site performance.

The FM Account Manager will manage key accounts in Facilities Management, ensuring exceptional service, strong client relationships, and achievement of sales targets.

The Onboarding Advisor will support the sales team and ensure excellent customer service by processing orders, addressing inquiries, and maintaining customer information in the CRM system.
