Lead new business development across premium UK hospitality (focus London). Build and convert a high‑quality pipeline, engage senior decision‑makers, deliver consultative sales focused on commercial and ESG impact, represent the brand at events, and work cross‑functionally on market strategy, forecasting, and customer success.

The Business Development Manager will identify and secure new business opportunities, maintain a sales pipeline, negotiate deals, and foster relationships with key stakeholders.

Partner with sales leadership to drive forecast accuracy, pipeline management, and revenue performance. Maintain dashboards and scorecards, run deal inspections and win/loss analysis, model territories and compensation scenarios, produce executive-ready insights, and lead sales operations initiatives to improve productivity and revenue attainment.
