Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes for defense and intelligence applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, evaluate new technologies, document architectures, and support software integration, releases, and DevSecOps automation.

Provide end-user and infrastructure support across cloud (Azure, AWS) and on-prem Windows/Linux environments. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; maintain Active Directory, file servers, virtualization (VMware), Microsoft 365, and identity/access management. Monitor systems, apply patches and upgrades, document configurations, respond to tickets, and collaborate on infrastructure projects.

Develop front-end and back-end applications to ingest, manage, visualize, and serve geospatial and environmental data (especially meteorological and oceanographic). Work with formats like NetCDF and GRIB, implement OGC services (WMS/WFS/WCS), and build dynamic spatial-temporal visualizations using web and desktop technologies.

Work under a project manager to conduct research, testing, and analysis supporting engineering, computer science, and mathematics programs. Communicate project status with supervisors, collaborate in teams or independently, and use Microsoft Office tools. May work with structured data or query languages; must be eligible for DoD security clearance.

Manage cradle-to-grave contracts, subcontracts, solicitations/RFPs, grants/subawards and related agreements; maintain contract documentation and databases per ISO/CPSR; support audits, track deliverables, and ensure FAR/DFARS and federal compliance.

Develop, design, integrate, and test software systems for R&D projects. Implement algorithms, produce documentation and presentations, and may lead small implementation teams.

Support financial planning and execution for government and commercial programs: develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and reports; perform cost and variance analyses; ensure contractual and regulatory compliance; support proposal pricing; validate procurement activities; partner with cross-functional teams to drive program performance and improve financial processes.
