The role is fully remote and requires strong communication, independent work habits, sales experience, and proficiency with CRM and virtual collaboration tools.

Identify and validate hospital decision-maker contacts, build segmented prospect lists, create tailored email outreach, execute campaigns through SendGrid and Odoo, manage replies, nurture leads, track campaign performance, and report on lead quality. The role collaborates with sales and marketing to refine targeting and messaging while maintaining email compliance and brand consistency.

Design, deliver, and maintain onboarding, compliance, leadership, and product/system training. Use an LMS to assign and track learning, collaborate with HR and department leads to identify needs, analyze outcomes, and continuously improve training content and delivery.
