Serve as a GEOINT Data Steward managing enterprise geospatial data environments for NGA. Ensure data is organized, normalized, georeferenced, and discoverable. Apply RDBMS best practices, database performance tuning, and enterprise geodatabase (SDE) management. Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to improve data accessibility and operational effectiveness. Maintain metadata and extraction specifications and use ArcGIS Suite, ArcGIS Server, SQL/Oracle, Excel and Access to store, organize, and optimize spatial data for mission use.

Support NGA Source Persistence Office by applying sensor-technology expertise to improve GEOINT collection methodologies. Manage large multi-source datasets, enable real-time and Activity-Based Intelligence TCPED workflows, develop automated collection strategies, collaborate with data scientists, synchronize mission requirements across NGA/IC/DoW/NRO, and optimize collection priorities to produce actionable intelligence.

Apply GEOINT tradecraft to exploit, process, analyze, and visualize geospatial data supporting imagery acquisition and GEOINT production. Use geospatial techniques, scripting/programming, and analytic methodologies to produce NGA-standard GEOINT products, support AI-enabled analysis, and collaborate with teams to meet mission requirements.

Design and refine multi‑source GEOINT collection strategies across the TCPED lifecycle. Evaluate collection effectiveness, support information‑need development, coordinate with NGA and IC partners, and recommend appropriate overhead and non‑traditional collection sources to improve mission outcomes.

Maintain and harden enterprise ESRI geodatabases supporting classified geospatial intelligence. Improve performance, data ingest/export workflows, backup/restore, schema integration (USMC Ground Warfighter, TDS, NSG), vulnerability remediation, and complex troubleshooting in support of MCIA operations.

Maintain and harden MCIA enterprise geodatabase infrastructure: improve performance, streamline data ingest/export, manage cross-schema integrations (USMC, TDS, NSG), implement security hardening, ensure backup/restore, and provide advanced troubleshooting to support analysts and engineers across classified networks.

Support NGA as a data scientist: clean and analyze messy datasets, design scalable Python solutions, produce operational visualizations and workflows, collaborate with analysts, identify trends/anomalies, and manage multiple projects to deliver mission-ready insights.

Evaluate and validate AI-enabled GEOINT capabilities using operational electro-optical imagery. Design analytic methodologies and validation frameworks, analyze sensor/phenomenology impacts on algorithm performance, exploit EO imagery to assess algorithm outputs, and help NGA accredit mission-ready AI systems.

Lead modernization of the Census Bureau's geospatial systems (MAF/TIGER) by overseeing cloud transformation, application development, program governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional team leadership to ensure cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met.
