Lead modernization of the Census Bureau's geospatial systems (MAF/TIGER) by overseeing cloud transformation, application development, program governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional team leadership to ensure cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met.

Lead program management for Census geospatial modernization, overseeing application and cloud transformation, governance, risk, cost/schedule/performance, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional team alignment to deliver mission-critical geospatial systems.

Maintain and harden MCIA's enterprise geodatabase infrastructure: improve performance, manage ingest/export workflows, backup/restore, integrate multiple geodata schemas (USMC Ground Warfighter, TDS, NSG), implement security hardening, troubleshoot complex issues, and support engineers and analysts relying on classified geospatial data. Requires deep ESRI enterprise geodatabase and Oracle experience.
