Serve as a GEOINT Data Steward managing enterprise geospatial data environments for NGA. Ensure data is organized, normalized, georeferenced, and discoverable. Apply RDBMS best practices, database performance tuning, and enterprise geodatabase (SDE) management. Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to improve data accessibility and operational effectiveness. Maintain metadata and extraction specifications and use ArcGIS Suite, ArcGIS Server, SQL/Oracle, Excel and Access to store, organize, and optimize spatial data for mission use.

Support NGA Source Persistence Office by applying sensor-technology expertise to improve GEOINT collection methodologies. Manage large multi-source datasets, enable real-time and Activity-Based Intelligence TCPED workflows, develop automated collection strategies, collaborate with data scientists, synchronize mission requirements across NGA/IC/DoW/NRO, and optimize collection priorities to produce actionable intelligence.

Apply GEOINT tradecraft to exploit, process, analyze, and visualize geospatial data supporting imagery acquisition and GEOINT production. Use geospatial techniques, scripting/programming, and analytic methodologies to produce NGA-standard GEOINT products, support AI-enabled analysis, and collaborate with teams to meet mission requirements.
