Drive short- and long-term financial forecasts and analysis, develop materials for finance leadership, analyze complex business issues, recommend and implement improvements, build cross-functional relationships, and coach junior finance staff.

Lead planning, design, permitting, construction, and maintenance of TRANSFLO terminals. Manage contractors, vendors, budgets, and schedules; coordinate with operations, sales, municipalities, and legal; oversee CMMS (FIIX), regulatory compliance, safety, and terminal operator training.

Inspect, service, repair and maintain diesel locomotives. Troubleshoot engines, air brakes, running gear and components; fabricate and repair parts using welding, brazing, riveting and machining; perform periodic service and move locomotives. Follow FRA and railroad safety rules, complete training, and pass required assessments and medical/drug screening.

Lead commercial strategy for the Chemicals portfolio to drive revenue, pricing, and contribution improvements. Provide market intelligence, pricing guidance, contract negotiation leadership, forecasting, and team development while aligning cross-functional stakeholders to achieve financial and enterprise objectives.

Lead financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting for operating and capital expenditures. Build models to evaluate business proposals, measure performance versus plan, provide variance explanations, and recommend action plans. Partner with leaders, coach junior finance staff, and support consolidation of results for executives.
