Plan work, allocate resources, ensure defects found by geometry/rail test cars are corrected using ITIS and GEMS, enforce safety and regulatory compliance, manage budgets and overtime, support derailment engineering and emergency response, and coordinate across departments and public agencies.

Drive short- and long-term financial forecasts and analysis, develop materials for finance leadership, analyze complex business issues, recommend and implement improvements, build cross-functional relationships, and coach junior finance staff.
