Process accurate, timely payroll for more than 1,000 employees across multiple states and pay cycles. Review timecards, overtime, commissions, deductions, garnishments, tax levies, benefits, and final payments. Ensure wage-and-hour compliance, internal controls, reporting accuracy, and payroll deadlines. Respond to employee inquiries, support W-2 corrections, reconcile reimbursements, coordinate with Operations, Accounting, and HR, and escalate payroll risks. The role requires confidentiality, strong Excel skills, payroll systems expertise, and at least five years of payroll experience.

Administers and supports Windows desktops, servers, virtual environments, networks, VoIP systems, security tools, and business applications. Installs and upgrades hardware and software, applies patches, troubleshoots incidents, manages backups and disaster recovery, and provides escalated helpdesk support. Maintains documentation, performs root-cause analysis, supports infrastructure projects, and travels to branch locations as needed. Requires occasional off-hours support and physical ability to move equipment up to 75 pounds.

Provides help desk, desktop, hardware, software, phone, printer, network, Wi-Fi, and remote IT support for local and regional users. Builds and configures devices, troubleshoots technical issues, installs and patches systems, maintains support records, escalates complex problems, creates training materials, and supports enterprise-wide incidents. The role includes regional branch visits up to 25% and participation in an on-call rotation.

Supports lending and leasing operations through billing, payment recording, accounting coordination, credit underwriting, collections, and financial analysis. Maintains Power BI dashboards, automates routine tasks, troubleshoots process issues, and implements improvements to credit approval and business processes. The role also collaborates with business units and Corporate Accounting to improve accuracy, accountability, and decision-making.

Manage and collect accounts receivable, build relationships with customer AP reps, post payments, prepare aging reports, assess credit applications, respond to AR inquiries, and improve billing and cash posting processes.

Provide day-to-day administrative support for financial services and truck leasing: process transactions, fuel tax reporting, invoice approval, vehicle titling/registration, loan processing (ACH batches, NSF reversals, modifications, collections), deposit checks, rental check-ins/outs, create customer records, and support process improvements and other office duties as assigned.
