Provides help desk, desktop, hardware, software, phone, printer, network, Wi-Fi, and remote IT support for local and regional users. Builds and configures devices, troubleshoots technical issues, installs and patches systems, maintains support records, escalates complex problems, creates training materials, and supports enterprise-wide incidents. The role includes regional branch visits up to 25% and participation in an on-call rotation.

Supports lending and leasing operations through billing, payment recording, accounting coordination, credit underwriting, collections, and financial analysis. Maintains Power BI dashboards, automates routine tasks, troubleshoots process issues, and implements improvements to credit approval and business processes. The role also collaborates with business units and Corporate Accounting to improve accuracy, accountability, and decision-making.

Perform accounts payable invoice entry and payments, reconcile accounts, assist month-end close, support payroll processing via third-party provider, prepare reports, resolve payroll discrepancies, ensure garnishment accuracy, review invoice coding, and handle ad-hoc projects assigned by Controller/CFO.
