• Overseeing and managing the operational aspects of IT platforms and infrastructure within the organization.
• Ensure the efficient and secure functioning of all IT systems, applications, and services to support the organization's technology needs and objectives.

Platform Management: Lead the planning, deployment, and maintenance of IT platforms, including servers, databases, and cloud services.
System Performance: Monitor and optimize the performance, availability, and scalability of IT systems to meet business demands.
Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce security policies, data protection measures, and regulatory compliance standards to safeguard IT assets and data.
Incident Response: Develop and execute incident response procedures to minimize downtime and data loss in the event of system failures or security breaches.
Technology Integration: Collaborate with other departments to integrate new technologies, tools, and applications into the existing IT ecosystem.
Capacity Planning: Plan and manage IT infrastructure expansion to accommodate the organization's growth and technology needs.
Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with technology vendors and service providers, ensuring contracts, service levels, and costs are in line with organizational goals.
