Provides customer support, market updates, branch assistance, credit-limit processing, and risk-mitigation insights. The role also involves customer visits, regulatory updates, mentoring, and completion of mandatory training.

Provide zone-level support for the Non-Resident (NR) channel: assist product training, client onboarding, and ongoing support; drive NR business objectives and NTB acquisition; support segment RMs in portfolio management and forex income generation; maintain client relationships, train branch staff, and monitor funding and account activation metrics.

The role involves servicing branch customers, acquiring new clients, executing cold calls, managing account operations, and cross-selling financial products.
