Serve as primary contact for assigned manufacturing customers, handling order status, inquiries, expediting, and sample requests. Coordinate with scheduling, engineering, and production to meet specifications and on-time shipments. Support Order Entry Specialists and Account Managers, review reports, maintain lead-time adherence, and participate in customer calls, meetings, and training. Perform general office tasks and uphold customer service and confidentiality standards.

Operate production equipment, load/unload parts, perform quality checks, move materials, support shipping and production goals. Work includes heavy lifting up to 150 lbs, following safety and quality standards. On-site shifts available with training provided.

Operate and set up saws, punch presses, and fabrication machines; perform routine quality checks, troubleshoot minor issues, follow safety and production standards, and assist production to ensure high-quality fabricated components across assigned shifts.

Serve as primary customer contact to manage accounts, execute pricing and quoting strategies, analyze account performance, drive growth, and coordinate cross-functional execution to improve quality, delivery, and profitability.

Lead and train production teams across 2nd, 3rd, and weekend shifts, enforce safety and quality processes, communicate with supervisors and employees, recommend process improvements, assist with performance reviews and customer tours, and perform physical tasks (team-lift up to 150 lbs).

Lead and scale multi-site manufacturing and finishing operations, driving safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost control, continuous improvement, KPI standardization, capital projects, and cross-functional collaboration while developing plant leadership.

Provide part-time engineering support: maintain parts in Epicor, create and revise SolidWorks and AutoCAD drawings, take dimensional measurements, digitize and file records, assist manufacturing floor, learn quoting and ECN/ECR processes, and perform data entry and organization of die/bolster documentation.

Lead Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma continuous improvement projects across extrusion, anodizing, coating, and finishing to reduce scrap/rework, improve OEE, yield, and changeover. Analyze KPIs, develop dashboards, collaborate with Production/Quality/Maintenance/Engineering/EH&S, support new product introductions, train employees, facilitate kaizen events, and sustain improvements through standardization and audits.

Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and compliance. Develop strategic plans to optimize production, lead and develop teams, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with engineering and maintenance to improve efficiency.

Perform cost accounting for manufacturing: analyze KPIs, labor, material, and overhead costs; identify cost drivers and variances; review production and scrap; run profitability analyses; support costing, budgeting, inventory evaluations, and collaborate with operations, engineering, and estimating to improve financial performance.
