Manufacturing Engineer responsible for capital equipment projects, Lean continuous improvement, time studies, labor standards, SOPs, workflow and layout optimization, ergonomic assessments, OSHA compliance, product introduction, and daily manufacturing-floor support.

Manage customer accounts, communication, satisfaction, pricing, quoting, profitability, and sales growth. Analyze account performance across margins, delivery, and quality, while coordinating with production and operations to meet customer requirements. The role also requires market and competitive insights, negotiation, and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and understand industrial manufacturing processes. Occasional travel to customer locations is required.

Provide part-time engineering support: maintain parts in Epicor, create and revise SolidWorks and AutoCAD drawings, take dimensional measurements, digitize and file records, assist manufacturing floor, learn quoting and ECN/ECR processes, and perform data entry and organization of die/bolster documentation.
