Develop and maintain daily and weekly production schedules based on customer demand, capacity, and material availability. Coordinate with production, customer service, and production control teams to manage priorities, rush orders, and schedule changes. Monitor material shortages, analyze production data, communicate updates, and support capacity planning and workflow optimization.

Hands-on plastics department role on a 3-day weekly shift schedule. Perform physical tasks, team-lift items up to 150 lbs, maintain quality and attention to detail, work specified overnight shifts, and pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.

Operate production equipment, load/unload parts, perform quality checks, move materials, support shipping and production goals. Work includes heavy lifting up to 150 lbs, following safety and quality standards. On-site shifts available with training provided.
