Lead all sales initiatives for a luxury hotel property: develop and execute sales strategies and annual plans, manage and mentor the sales team, handle full sales cycle and key accounts, represent the property at events, coordinate group bookings and banquets, partner with revenue management and operations to optimize pricing and distribution, and drive top-line revenue growth.

Lead and execute integrated marketing strategies across hotels, restaurants, and hospitality experiences. Oversee brand positioning, digital marketing, CRM/loyalty, content, social, PR, reputation, analytics, agency/vendor management, budgets, and performance reporting. Support property openings, rebrandings, campaigns, and provide guidance and standards for property-level teams to drive direct revenue and guest engagement.

Maintains cleanliness and upkeep of hotel public areas, hallways, restrooms, elevators, stairwells, and guest rooms. Supports room turnovers by delivering linens, towels, amenities, and supplies; stocks housekeeping carts; removes trash; assists with laundry; responds to guest requests; reports maintenance issues; and follows safety procedures. Works collaboratively with housekeeping staff and other hotel departments in a fast-paced environment.

Provides bell and valet services throughout guest arrival and departure, including greeting guests, handling luggage, parking and retrieving vehicles, tracking packages and vehicles, answering inquiries, resolving complaints, maintaining lobby and garage areas, and supporting front office operations. Requires excellent customer service, communication, organization, safe driving, flexibility, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Lead group sales and event operations for The Cloudveil and support group sales for a Boston hotel. Manage leads, room blocks, group contracts, vendor partnerships, VIP pre-arrival arrangements, event programming, bookings for entertainment and guest engagement, and coordinate site visits, proposals, and revenue evaluations with Marriott Global Sales and internal teams.

Lead HR functions for multiple hotels including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, HRIS administration, compliance, benefits, training, and people analytics. Partner with hotel leaders to implement HR strategy, improve retention and engagement, coach managers, conduct investigations, and ensure consistent HR operations and reporting.

Maintain cleanliness of public areas, assist housekeeping with room turnover and laundry, manage supplies and carts, respond to guest requests, remove trash, report maintenance issues, follow safety policies, and collaborate with housekeeping and other hotel departments to ensure high cleanliness standards.

Supervise hotel engineering and maintenance staff, manage work orders and preventive maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, elevators and life-safety systems, coordinate vendors and emergency repairs, enforce safety/compliance, manage inventory and budgets, and support guest service.

Manage day-to-day property accounting, month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, AP/AR, cash management, payroll support, revenue/audit oversight, budgeting/forecasting, vendor management, and cross-functional financial leadership for hotel properties.

Manage and supervise hotel engineering operations, lead maintenance staff, oversee repairs and preventative maintenance of building systems, support budgeting, safety compliance, and guest-facing issue resolution.
