Provide day-to-day HR operations for assigned hotels including recruiting coordination, onboarding, HRIS data entry, electronic paperwork compliance, employee file maintenance, uniform administration, training/certification tracking, employee support, and offboarding. Escalate sensitive or complex issues to HR leadership and support HR audits, benefits communications, and engagement activities.

Lead group sales and event operations for The Cloudveil and support group sales for a Boston hotel. Manage leads, room blocks, group contracts, vendor partnerships, VIP pre-arrival arrangements, event programming, bookings for entertainment and guest engagement, and coordinate site visits, proposals, and revenue evaluations with Marriott Global Sales and internal teams.

Lead HR functions for multiple hotels including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, HRIS administration, compliance, benefits, training, and people analytics. Partner with hotel leaders to implement HR strategy, improve retention and engagement, coach managers, conduct investigations, and ensure consistent HR operations and reporting.
