Lead and oversee repairs and maintenance for Planters Inn and at least one regional property. Ensure fire/life safety compliance, create and manage capital plans, perform inspections, mentor onsite engineering managers, manage budgets, projects, preventative maintenance, and vendor sourcing. Drive property condition improvements, reporting, and training to meet brand standards and guest satisfaction.

Support daily accounting operations for a hotel: record transactions, reconcile accounts, prepare journal entries and reports, assist month-end close, monitor revenue controls, manage AP/AR and vendor relations, ensure policy compliance, and participate in system or process improvement projects.
