Manages group sales for two hotels by prospecting clients, building relationships with meeting planners and partners, attending trade shows, preparing proposals and contracts, conducting property tours, and coordinating event details with hotel teams. The role supports revenue goals through group business, collaborates across conference services, operations, food and beverage, and revenue management, and helps create tailored guest and community experiences.

Lead and execute integrated marketing strategies across hotels, restaurants, and hospitality experiences. Oversee brand positioning, digital marketing, CRM/loyalty, content, social, PR, reputation, analytics, agency/vendor management, budgets, and performance reporting. Support property openings, rebrandings, campaigns, and provide guidance and standards for property-level teams to drive direct revenue and guest engagement.
