Lead all tax functions including federal, multi-state SALT, Canadian and partnership tax for a PE-backed multi-entity company. Own tax compliance, ASC 740 provision, audits, cross-border issues, tax distributions, cash tax forecasting, and tax strategy. Partner with Finance, Legal, and external advisors to improve processes, manage risk, and support transactions and growth.

Perform recipe assessments and validate operational processes to ensure product quality and consistency. Maintain recipe instructional library, document procedures, support cross-team communication, assist with photo/video capture for documentation, ensure food safety, and implement standardized production procedures for scalable store implementation.

Design, build, and maintain scalable ELT/ETL data pipelines using dbt and Prefect; optimize Snowflake performance; implement data quality, security, and observability; collaborate with analysts and data scientists; document data flows and ensure reliable ingestion from external sources.

The Full-Stack Engineer develops and enhances web applications for supply chain systems, collaborating on features, deploying services, and ensuring application performance and stability.
