Process outbound parcel shipments using UPS/FedEx/Rock Auto shipping software and WMS/RF scanners. Pack, weigh, document, and verify shipments; maintain workstation cleanliness; meet productivity and safety standards; perform production shop assistance and housekeeping as needed. Must handle heavy lifting and operate warehouse equipment.

Set up and maintain accurate product records and BOMs in ERP and database systems, run audits and reports, resolve data discrepancies, document processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent product/catalog data.

Support design and development of remanufactured products and processes: reverse engineer parts, create testing and reman procedures, support suppliers, quality, procurement, and operations, perform root cause analysis, time studies, costing, inspections, and technical reporting.

Own full-cycle accounts payable: invoice receipt, coding, 3-way PO matching, approval routing, payment disbursement (check/ACH/wire). Maintain vendor master and onboarding, support month-end close and audits, manage AP aging, resolve discrepancies with business units, and improve AP processes, controls, and reporting.
