Manages end-to-end inbound domestic and international freight operations, including transportation planning, carrier and broker negotiations, customs compliance, shipment tracking, exception resolution, cost control, and risk mitigation. The role improves logistics processes and data accuracy while coordinating cross-functional teams, suppliers, and service providers. It also leads logistics staff and ensures reliable product availability through timely deliveries and effective management of customs, transportation, and supply-chain disruptions.

Set up and maintain accurate product records and BOMs in ERP and database systems, run audits and reports, resolve data discrepancies, document processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent product/catalog data.

Support design and development of remanufactured products and processes: reverse engineer parts, create testing and reman procedures, support suppliers, quality, procurement, and operations, perform root cause analysis, time studies, costing, inspections, and technical reporting.
