Supports daily office administration, facilities coordination, vendor follow-ups, inventory, invoices, workplace readiness, visitor management, events, and basic IT asset documentation. Coordinates employee and guest travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, approvals, itineraries, and records. Maintains administrative documentation and supports timely resolution of office issues. Requires strong organisation, communication, attention to detail, MS Office proficiency, and relevant administrative or travel desk experience.

Provides Level 1 technical support for employee devices, operating systems, applications, networks, VPN, email, and account access. Supports onboarding and offboarding, endpoint updates, patching, monitoring, antivirus checks, asset inventory, documentation, and ticket management. Coordinates escalations with internal IT teams and vendors, and assists with hardware procurement and software license tracking.

Lead B2B marketing across brand, digital, content, demand generation, events, and industry engagement. Develop marketing plans and go-to-market campaigns, manage SEO, social, email, website, and content initiatives, generate qualified leads, support sales enablement, track campaign and pipeline metrics, manage agencies, and mentor junior staff. The role partners with Sales, Business Development, Product, leadership, and subject-matter experts to improve brand visibility, digital growth, and marketing ROI.
