Manage daily facilities and office operations, vendor and procurement coordination, inventory and invoice support, travel and accommodation bookings, visitor management, workplace readiness, basic IT asset coordination, and support employee events and operational compliance.

Serve as the front desk contact for visitors, clients, and employees. Manage calls, visitor logs, courier/mail, vendor coordination, meeting room bookings, and reception upkeep. Maintain records and assist with administrative tasks; travel desk support is optional.
