Builds relationships with healthcare decision-makers, researches prospects, maintains CRM data, coordinates meetings and travel for sales executives, supports territory penetration plans, and achieves conversion and revenue targets. Requires strong communication, cold-calling, research, organization, and multitasking skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Manages healthcare staffing MSP accounts and travel assignments for nursing, allied health, and non-clinical personnel. Responsibilities include position and order management, candidate review and submission, client communication, compliance monitoring, issue resolution, negotiations, assignment confirmations, performance tracking, and service-level adherence. The role also coordinates recruiters and vendors, supports business reviews, mentors team members, and maintains strong relationships with healthcare facilities and internal stakeholders.

Manages PACE homecare program client relationships, service delivery, account growth, compliance, audits, and client satisfaction. Leads and develops the Program Support Team, oversees workload and deliverables, monitors performance metrics, coordinates credentialing and documentation, and implements corrective actions. Partners with sales, account management, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and leadership to ensure continuity of care and business objectives. Requires Spanish fluency, healthcare staffing experience, leadership skills, and familiarity with MSP/VMS systems.

Supports daily account operations for healthcare staffing clients, including position intake, order management, candidate submissions, facility follow-up, assignment confirmations, performance tracking, and compliance coordination. Acts as a liaison among recruiters, healthcare facilities, vendors, and internal teams while maintaining service-level standards, accurate data, and strong customer relationships. Assists with travel nursing and allied healthcare staffing assignments and escalates client or MSP concerns as needed.
