Manage residential property sales from reservation through exchange and completion. Serve as the primary purchaser contact, progress conveyancing and part-exchange transactions, coordinate with solicitors, sales and build teams, meet sales targets, manage completion notices and funds, provide progress reports, and ensure legal and regulatory compliance. The role also involves visiting part-exchange properties and coordinating their maintenance.

Maintains the general ledger, MIS database, financial reports, budgets, forecasts, reconciliations, journals, accruals, and prepayments. Supports month-end close, statutory and tax reporting, audits, and management and board reporting. Reviews sales and cost-of-sales activity, calculates commissions and bonuses, resolves ledger queries, and performs variance analysis. Requires strong accounting knowledge, accuracy, communication, prioritization, and the ability to manage reporting deadlines.

Sell new-build homes at Crest Nicholson’s Elland development, building trusted relationships with prospective buyers and guiding them throughout the purchasing journey. The role involves representing premium homes and upgrades, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and contributing to sales performance. Weekend working is required on both Saturdays and Sundays.

Coordinates digital marketing campaigns across email, PPC, SEO, display, and property portals. Maintains website and listing content, supports customer journey and UX improvements, monitors campaign performance, and prepares reports using analytics and marketing tools. Collaborates with sales, marketing, and external partners to ensure accurate, high-quality brand messaging and identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversions, and lead generation.

Supports sales and marketing performance analysis, reporting, dashboard maintenance, campaign tracking, customer and market research, and insight preparation. The intern will identify trends, interpret data, coordinate marketing activities, assist with presentations and administrative tasks, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
