Lead site delivery for a multi-phase residential development, ensuring homes are built safely, on schedule, within budget, and to required quality standards. Manage subcontractors, site teams, progress reporting, project information, quality inspections, customer-facing presentation, budgets, review meetings, and compliance with HSE regulations. Provide leadership, coaching, negotiation, and performance management while coordinating production functions and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, colleagues, and external stakeholders.

Manage residential development sites from planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, cost-effectively, and to strict quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include coordinating technical and design requirements, onboarding and managing subcontractors, sourcing and safely storing materials, conducting construction quality checks, overseeing budgets, and escalating issues. The role also requires strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, team leadership, financial awareness, and experience managing multi-phase, mixed-use housebuilding projects.

Support the Site Manager and subcontractors throughout residential construction, ensuring quality workmanship, safety compliance, budget and schedule adherence, effective communication, and successful handover. The role involves guiding trades, resolving site challenges, coordinating with regional departments, and maintaining Crest Nicholson and industry standards. It offers leadership development toward becoming a Site Manager.
