Maintains the general ledger, MIS database, financial reports, budgets, forecasts, reconciliations, journals, accruals, and prepayments. Supports month-end close, statutory and tax reporting, audits, and management and board reporting. Reviews sales and cost-of-sales activity, calculates commissions and bonuses, resolves ledger queries, and performs variance analysis. Requires strong accounting knowledge, accuracy, communication, prioritization, and the ability to manage reporting deadlines.

Sell new-build homes at Crest Nicholson’s Elland development, building trusted relationships with prospective buyers and guiding them throughout the purchasing journey. The role involves representing premium homes and upgrades, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and contributing to sales performance. Weekend working is required on both Saturdays and Sundays.

Provides administrative support to the Commercial department, focusing on subcontractor and supplier payments, payment certificates, variation orders, purchase ledger queries, contra-charges, works orders, procurement administration, customer options, stock takes, and tender enquiries. The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, communication, teamwork, IT literacy, and the ability to manage deadlines in a time-critical construction environment.
