Own the full sales motion from prospecting to close and account growth for high-value technical customers. Build pipeline, run discovery and demos, negotiate deals, and create automated sales infrastructure using AI, integrations, and analytics. Define and scale the companys sales process as a founding team member.

Lead end-to-end fraud prevention: design and operate proactive, real-time automated controls, analyze transaction and dispute data, manage merchant and end-customer risk, integrate third-party fraud tools, and document processes to keep chargeback and fraud ratios below network/PSP thresholds.

Build and own Creem's customer acquisition and onboarding systems: design GTM workflows, implement automations and integrations, create lightweight data pipelines and analytics, and drive community and product storytelling to convert and retain users. Act as technical lead for marketing and sales initiatives with founder-level responsibility.

As a Senior Accountant, you'll manage daily accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, tax filings, and financial reporting, while shaping financial processes for a growing tech company.
