Build and own Creem's customer acquisition and onboarding systems: design GTM workflows, implement automations and integrations, create lightweight data pipelines and analytics, and drive community and product storytelling to convert and retain users. Act as technical lead for marketing and sales initiatives with founder-level responsibility.

The Operations Engineer will build and maintain internal systems for financial operations, focusing on compliance, risk scoring, payouts, fraud detection, and automation while collaborating closely with operations and compliance teams.

The Customer Success Engineer serves as a technical liaison, enhancing developer integrations, troubleshooting issues, and fostering community engagement at Creem.
