Lead and strengthen the firm's financial crime framework by managing fraud, AML, sanctions screening and investigations; maintain policies and controls; support the MLRO; perform quality assurance, reporting, root cause analysis, and stakeholder engagement including law enforcement and regulators.

Provide regulatory and compliance advice to the business, translate FCA requirements into policies, support product governance and Design, deliver compliance monitoring, monitor conduct MI, run training, and support delivery of good customer outcomes under Consumer Duty.

Build, deploy, monitor and recalibrate credit risk machine learning models; perform data extraction, wrangling and feature engineering; detect data/model drift; improve decision explainability; optimise data pipelines and partner with product, engineering and operations to implement lending, acquisition and affordability strategies.

Provide empathetic, high-quality customer support across phone, email, and live chat. Update and manage member accounts, resolve enquiries efficiently, maintain and improve support resources, identify retention opportunities, monitor feedback and trends, support automation initiatives, and assist with general operational tasks to ensure smooth team functioning.
