Oversees the credit union’s internal audit function and annual risk-based audit plan. Leads audit staff, manages the full audit lifecycle, ensures regulatory and professional standards, reviews findings and remediation, supports enterprise risk management and investigations, and communicates audit results to management and the Supervisory Committee. Drives audit technology, data analytics, process improvements, talent development, and coordination with external auditors and regulators.

Owns the strategy, roadmap, technical readiness, performance, and vendor governance for payment products. Leads product backlogs, business cases, requirements, testing, release readiness, incident analysis, cross-functional payment programs, and third-party governance. The role monitors product and vendor metrics, manages risks and corrective actions, supports regulatory and operational controls, and provides technical leadership and mentorship without direct supervisory responsibility.

Manages complex organizational and technical projects throughout their lifecycle, overseeing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, requirements, stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Develops implementation plans, communications, status reports, and project metrics while aligning initiatives with strategic priorities. Facilitates meetings, resolves conflicts, coaches project staff, evaluates project management methods, and supports portfolio planning. Requires strong project management, analytical, communication, software implementation, compliance, and vendor management skills.

The Chief Lending Officer provides executive leadership for all lending functions, including consumer, mortgage, indirect, home equity, business lending, collections, and lending operations. The role develops lending strategy, manages portfolio growth and profitability, oversees credit risk and regulatory compliance, leads digital lending innovation, reports to the board and regulators, and develops lending leadership talent.

Manages daily accounting operations, month-end close, reconciliations, investments, accounts payable, financial reporting, regulatory filings, budgeting, internal controls, and GAAP compliance. Leads accounting staff, supports audits and examinations, researches accounting standards, analyzes financial data, and drives process improvements. Requires collaboration with organizational leaders and oversight of regulatory obligations including BSA, OFAC, FACTA, and anti-money laundering requirements.
