Own performance reviews, calibration, promotion, benefits administration, immigration coordination, onboarding, offboarding, payroll data, and employee records. Build and monitor agentic AI workflows that automate people processes while protecting sensitive information. Partner with Finance, IT, providers, counsel, and managers to improve accuracy, efficiency, and adoption.

Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and cross-functional roles, partnering with hiring managers and leadership. Build proactive sourcing strategies, use AI tools for recruiting, manage funnel metrics and Ashby data integrity, lead offer negotiations, and advise on market conditions, compensation, hiring expectations, and close plans. The role requires strong talent judgment, high ownership, urgency, and experience hiring in competitive startup environments.

Build and own the technical infrastructure supporting customer acquisition, attribution, lifecycle marketing, experimentation, analytics, and retention. Develop marketing data pipelines, API integrations, event tracking, automations, AI-powered marketing tools, attribution systems, landing pages, and internal growth tools. Diagnose funnels using SQL and analytics, improve data quality, and partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Data, and Engineering to rapidly test and measure growth initiatives.
