Tests the ServiceNow STORES 2.0 application through functional, integration, performance, regression, security, accessibility, and compliance testing. Develops and executes test plans, cases, scripts, data, and documentation; tracks defects in Jira; validates fixes; supports defect triage; and collaborates with developers, analysts, stakeholders, DevOps, and UX teams in an Agile environment.

Supports HQ AFMC conventional munitions logistics through transformation analysis, process standardization, IT modernization, requirements definition, data quality improvement, and supply chain strategy. Analyzes enterprise processes, systems, policies, and organizational goals to identify risks and improvement opportunities. Provides strategic advice, technical guidance, project requirements, detailed evaluations, and recommendations as a subject matter expert for complex Air Force munitions logistics programs.

Manages product support and acquisition logistics for Air Force weapon systems across their lifecycle. Provides guidance, training, process standardization, risk management, metrics, outreach, briefings, site visits, and coordination with defense agencies and program offices. Oversees the 12 product support elements, including supply support, technical data, maintenance, sustaining engineering, training, facilities, manpower, and support equipment.

Provides principal-level supply chain risk management support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center. Leads ServiceNow modernization projects for the DLA DAAS Portal workstream across planning, Agile delivery, development, testing, deployment, releases, compliance, and transition. Coordinates technical teams, stakeholders, security personnel, and government customers; manages schedules, risks, dependencies, deliverables, UAT, change control, documentation, and contractual requirements. Supports platform governance, cybersecurity processes, Section 508 accessibility, organizational change management, training, communications, and user adoption.

Leads contractor execution and cross-functional integration supporting SAF/CNB and the Department of the Air Force business enterprise. Translates priorities into work plans, decision products, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes; coordinates architecture, portfolio, investment, cybersecurity, data, cloud, and AI activities; reviews technical products; manages dependencies, risks, workloads, and suspenses; advises senior Government leaders; and contributes substantively to at least one CNB technical mission area.

Leads contractor execution and integration across SAF/CNS enterprise IT initiatives, serving as the primary interface to senior government leadership. Translates CIO priorities into coordinated work plans, briefs executives, manages dependencies and risks, reviews technical products, and ensures timely, accurate delivery. Responsibilities include system safety, requirements and architecture development, engineering trade studies, integration, verification and validation, configuration and risk management, technical reviews, contractor oversight, acquisition documentation, production readiness, sustainment, and operational testing. The role requires applying DoD munitions safety and systems engineering expertise to aircraft, missiles, weapons, and related systems at Eglin AFB.

Manage configuration and technical data for Air Force weapon system acquisition programs.
