Provides Defense Travel System and Government Travel Card support for Army INSCOM personnel. Reviews travel authorizations and vouchers, processes personnel arrivals and departures, maintains approving official assignments and funding alignments, supports travel accounting, and assists with GTC account administration. The role also prepares reports, delivers DTS training, and provides technical assistance to military and civilian users. Requires on-site work at Fort Belvoir, an active TS/SCI clearance, and DTS ODTA experience.

Support B-1 Lancer depot activation, sustainment, and equipment provisioning through logistics analysis, data-system queries, DSOR/DMI processes, TCTO/AFTO documentation, spares provisioning, and coordination with depot and PMO stakeholders to ensure aircraft readiness.

Maintains bureau-wide APS trackers, schedules, records, correspondence, review materials, and award documentation. Coordinates technical eligibility reviews, merit panels, consultative program design, NOFOs, applications, and awards across multiple stakeholders. Performs data-quality checks, produces status reports and portfolio metrics, manages controlled information, supports records compliance, and identifies process risks and improvements. The role supports federal foreign assistance workflows while preserving procurement integrity and escalating policy or award decisions to authorized officials.
