Provide senior-level operations and manpower support to AFLCMC directorates, managing records, training, DTS administration, manpower modeling, special projects, recognition programs, and MIS/IT/ADPE inventory to ensure timely completion of staff actions and optimized resource allocation.

Serve as a senior program manager supporting AFLCMC/WAX capability planning and acquisition life-cycle activities for fighter and advanced aircraft. Duties include stakeholder coordination, schedule and risk analysis, acquisition documentation and reviews, requirements translation, test and evaluation support, continuity and emergency response, SIP/MICT management, budgeting/reporting tools, and supporting milestone events and programmatic decision-making.

Provide senior-level operations and manpower support for AFLCMC directorates: manage records, travel (DTS) administration, training tracking, recognition programs, MIS/IT and ADPE inventory, manpower modeling and organizational studies, special projects, and reporting to leadership. Ensure compliance with DoD/AF regulations and maintain classified access as required.
