Develops and manages commercial lending relationships, self-sources loan opportunities, underwrites complex credits, structures and approves transactions, and manages portfolios. Responsibilities include financial analysis, risk rating, covenant monitoring, collateral review, credit memo preparation, closings, collections, workouts, regulatory compliance, and use of AI-enabled workflows to improve lending operations.

Supports commercial loan closings, renewals, payments, advances, document preparation, collateral maintenance, loan boarding, covenant tracking, and file organization. Assists commercial loan officers, obtains title and third-party reports, prepares loan documents in Lazer Pro, processes depository account services, and generates department reports. Requires knowledge of commercial loan products and terminology, strong communication and organization skills, computer proficiency, independence, and willingness to learn.

Designs, tests, implements, troubleshoots, enhances, and maintains web applications and APIs. Creates technical documentation, reviews peer code, establishes technology best practices, supports application security and integrity, and provides technical assistance and cross-training. Requires full-stack development experience with front-end and Microsoft technologies, databases, AI-assisted development, Agile SDLC, analytical skills, and strong organizational and customer service abilities.
