Manage accounts receivable by collecting payments, researching and resolving billing discrepancies, reconciling accounts, negotiating past-due balances, running account analyses, communicating with customers and internal teams, and providing ad-hoc reporting to support cash flow and reduce bad debt.

Plan, coordinate, and execute community and district events (markets, pop-ups, public/private events). Manage logistics, permits, vendor invoicing and placement, site operations, marketing support, and day-of event management. Work evenings and weekends and support cross-team communication and process improvements.

Lead and oversee large industrial construction projects from design through closeout. Read plans, coordinate contractors, enforce safety and quality, manage schedules and budgets, support leasing, and travel weekly for on-site oversight. Must handle complex projects exceeding $30M and solve construction challenges.
