Manage and collect open accounts receivable, reconcile payments, resolve billing discrepancies, communicate with customers and internal teams, perform root-cause analysis, negotiate past-due balances, prepare account reports, and escalate issues to leadership to maximize cash receipts and minimize bad debt.

Plan, coordinate, and execute community and district events (markets, pop-ups, public/private events). Manage logistics, permits, vendor invoicing and placement, site operations, marketing support, and day-of event management. Work evenings and weekends and support cross-team communication and process improvements.

Lead and oversee large industrial construction projects from design through closeout. Read plans, coordinate contractors, enforce safety and quality, manage schedules and budgets, support leasing, and travel weekly for on-site oversight. Must handle complex projects exceeding $30M and solve construction challenges.
