Manages the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, pipeline development, resume screening, screening calls, behavioral interviews, candidate shortlisting, scheduling, stakeholder collaboration, and offer negotiation. Builds relationships with educational institutions and hiring managers, supports requisition posting, protects confidential information, and helps maintain staffing levels through effective recruiting strategies.

Prepares and submits electronic and paper medical claims, enters patient and service data into billing software, supports clinics with patient charges, maintains billing and insurance knowledge, and protects confidential patient information. The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking. Training is provided, with a transition to hybrid work after 90 days in the office.
